As President and Co-Founder of CrossCheck, I am often referred to as the “ambassador” of the firm. I have spent my entire career in the onsite foodservice industry. I was on the leadership team for Motorola Food Works the leading self-operating foodservice program in the United States and had the opportunity to create world class foodservice operations in Brazil, China, Mexico, and Singapore. After leaving Motorola, I joined MBNA America Bank in Wilmington, Delaware as Executive Vice President and Director of Dining and Hospitality Services.  One of the highlights of my career was receiving the IFMA Silver Plate Award for Business Dining in 2004. Our vision for CrossCheck is to educate and inspire organizations to transform their onsite food and hospitality programs, creating exceptional experiences that align with their culture and mission. My role is to ensure high quality results for our clients and mentor/develop future leaders for CrossCheck.
