As an ongoing quality assurance program, CrossCheck identifies successes, discovers opportunities, enhances existing standard operating procedures, ensures compliance, and tracks KPIs that are the foundation of all food and hospitality programs.

Program Tiers (Details Below):

SILVER: Comprehensive CrossCheck evaluations, reports, and cure plans delivered to Client.

GOLD: Comprehensive CrossCheck evaluations, reports, and cure plans delivered to Client and Operator, including Tableau dashboard reports and analytics. The CrossCheck team manages action plan implementation and monitors action plan execution on behalf of the client.

PLATINUM: Comprehensive CrossCheck evaluations, reports, and cure plans delivered to Client and Operator, including Tableau dashboard reports and analytics. The CrossCheck team manages action plan implementation and monitors action plan execution on behalf of the client. CrossCheck completes re-evaluation of low scoring zones within 90- to 120-day period, provides customized training sessions, and performs annual CrossCheck reviews.

PLATINUM

CrossCheck QA Evaluations

Post-Evaluation (Gold “Plus”):

IHS leads annual review and update of all evaluation template(s) based on current industry best practices

IHS conducts annual CrossCheck on-site work session to present results and develop strategy for upcoming evaluations

IHS completes re-evaluation of all venues with scores in yellow and red zones within 90- to 120-day period

IHS customizes and provides individual training to Client liaison personnel and Operator personnel in all areas that were below expectations
